Describe it in plain words

Say what you need the way you’d tell a colleague. Amazi works out the screens, the data and what should run by itself — and builds a draft while you watch.

Apps and agents, orchestrated as one system.

When a simple API is no longer enough, Amazi takes over the coordination: your apps, your data sources and your AI agents run on one shared system and hand work to each other — so your company gets a ready-to-use business IT system, not a pile of experiments.

What teams build on Amazi

Marketing, sales, HR, product, support and ops teams — in companies, schools, non-profits, agencies and media. Each of these tools starts as one request in the chat.

Hand off the routine. Keep the decisions.

One more tool in the same chat. Pick “AI agent”, describe the job once, and the agent takes it from there — on a schedule or the moment something happens, inside the tools you already use. It checks with you before anything you’d want to decide yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Still deciding? Talk to our team

How long does it take to launch an app on Amazi?

Most teams have a first working version the same day. A focused internal tool or portal usually takes a few hours; apps with many data sources, detailed permissions and several automations can take a few days — mostly spent preparing data and testing with real users.

Can one client see another client’s data?

No. Every user belongs to a group, and each group only sees the pages, records and actions you allow. Rules apply down to individual rows, so a client portal shows each company its own orders, tickets and invoices — nothing else. Before publishing, preview the app as any user to check exactly what they will see.

What can we build with Amazi?

The software your operations run on: client, partner, vendor and employee portals, CRMs, inventory and asset trackers, intranets, knowledge bases and live dashboards — plus AI agents and automations that work inside them. Many teams start with one portal and add internal tools around it.

Do we need developers to use Amazi?

No. You describe what you need in plain language and Amazi builds it; later changes happen in the same chat. Nothing is handed over as code to maintain, so an operations or department lead can own the tool from the first version to daily updates.

Which tools and data sources can Amazi connect to?

The systems you already use: CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, ERPs, SQL databases, Google Sheets and Excel, Slack and Google Workspace. Anything without a ready connector can be reached through the REST API and webhooks. If you’re starting from scratch, Amazi has its own built-in database.

How is Amazi different from AI code generators?

Code generators hand you a codebase that someone has to review, host, debug and patch. Amazi assembles your app from components that already run in production, so sign-in, permissions, hosting and security come included. You get a working business tool, not a repository.

Is our data secure with Amazi?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train AI models. Access is controlled by role, every action by people, agents and automations is written to an audit log, and connections to your systems run on the server — API keys never reach the browser.

What is Amazi?

Amazi is an AI operating system for business teams. Describe a tool, portal, agent or automation in a chat, and Amazi builds it on top of your company data — with users, permissions and workflows already wired up. It goes live in minutes and keeps evolving as you ask for changes.

Can Amazi replace our spreadsheet-and-email processes?

Yes — it’s one of the most common starting points. Approvals, reminders, onboarding checklists, request routing and status updates become automations triggered by a schedule, a form, a button or a data change. Clients and partners update their own records in a portal, so nobody has to chase them by email.

How much does Amazi cost?

You can start for free and build your first app without a credit card. Paid plans grow with the number of people using your apps rather than with builder seats, and larger organizations can get custom terms with enterprise controls and dedicated support.

Does Amazi support single sign-on with Okta?

Yes. Enterprise workspaces can use SSO over SAML or OpenID Connect, which covers Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and other standard identity providers, with automatic user provisioning. Smaller teams can sign in with email, one-time codes or Google.

Why not just build this in Airtable or a spreadsheet?

They’re great for storing data but struggle once many people need different access to it. Amazi controls what each group can see and do inside one app, prices by app users instead of editor seats, and adds automations and AI agents on top — without locking your data into a single platform.
